Condition: This charming rare fellow is an all original German Jester Cymbal Clapping Player Toy Doll. He is incised on the back of his head with 157. His body is wood and wire with wood carved hands and lathe turned lower legs. His torso contains an activated mechanism that activates his arms/cymbals to clap and his eyes roll closed. He is missing one of his cymbals and the other has rust. Please know that he does work but be careful in the amount of times pressing as I'm concerned about his eyes rolling mechanism wearing out. This is just a suggestion for the future as they are fine now. The couple that I have seen in the past do not the side hair. Please know that he shows signs of wear to the fabric and it is dirty. His s eyebrow has a white wear mark through it and his legs have some wear. His photos should depict all signs of his condition. He's a great find for the serious collector!!!
